Offline by design, private by default
SignioPDF processes document content locally. Your PDF, Markdown, TXT, signatures, and annotations are not uploaded to our servers.
Local App Data
Signature library items, reading preferences, themes, and external-editor choices are stored locally on your device for reuse and convenience.
What We Do Not Collect
We do not collect document contents, signatures, annotations, reading history, usage analytics, or telemetry.
Document Processing
Reading, editing, signing, annotation, and print preparation happen on your device without uploading document content to a cloud service.
Markdown Safety
Raw HTML is disabled by default, and local images are limited to the document directory to prevent unsafe path access.
Store Purchases
The Mac App Store edition uses Apple's in-app purchase service to offer and validate SignioPDF Pro. Apple processes the purchase under its own privacy policy; we do not receive your payment details.
Data Sharing
No analytics, advertising, or cloud document-processing service receives your files. Store communication is limited to purchase and entitlement handling where applicable.
Your Rights
You can access, delete, or reset signatures and preferences at any time, and remove all app data by uninstalling the app.
Open Source
SignioPDF is MIT licensed, making its implementation transparent and open to security review.
