HighlightSnap is designed with privacy at its core. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information to external servers.

Activity sessions, video references, highlight marks, processing history, and app preferences are stored locally on your device.

No personal identification information, no GPS tracking, no analytics, and no address book access.

Only to power core app functions like marking moments, creating highlight videos, preserving history, and syncing between iPhone and Apple Watch.

Photo Library access is used for processing and saving exported videos; Watch Connectivity syncs marking data between devices.

Everything remains in local storage, inside the iOS sandbox, protected by device-level security and without network transmission.

No third-party analytics, advertising networks, or data sharing of any kind. Your videos and data remain completely private.

You can access, modify, delete, or export your data from within the app, or remove it entirely by uninstalling the app.

Since we do not collect personal data from users, the app is safe for use by individuals of all ages.
